At the initial consultation I take comprehensive details including your medical history, lifestyle, diet, work and medical history. I also take your pulse and look at your tongue, both of which are used as diagnostic tools in Chinese medicine. The first visit can take from 75-90 minutes and subsequent visits usually take 60 minutes.
